DETAILS: Mount Mac –
Trail Run June 25th:
Start at north end of Mt McIntyre parking lot. Take first left and follow PLAIN PINK FLAGS. —The Reckless Raven route is marked with pink flags with “RR50” hand written on them.—
Follow plain pink flags to right turn on Collective (cross 7.5k ski trail), right on Rocky Canyon the left up steep climb to Fetish (CROSSED FLAGS BLOCK ACCESS TO UPPER ROCKEY — don’t take this left).
Follow straight to Bouncing Bunny, left up Bouncing Bunny to Outer Sarah Steele, right passed Rhymers Reason to next right onto El Guapo (turn right at crossed flags). El Guapo is a steep, rocky descent about 200m long to next trail. No more RR50 flags. Follow plain pink flags back to the bike park, cross road below upper gravel parking lot, follow single track down to paved parking lot by tennis court then back to start. Distance about 7km

- Events are self-timed and at your own risk
- Carrying bear spray and whistle may be appropriate
- Suggested you run with a buddy (2 meters apart)
